Apave Center – Southern region organized training course“ Customer care skills” for SaiGon Co-op


On 12&13, June, 2012, Apave Center – Southern region held successfully training course“ Customer care skills” for learners who are head of Customer care Group from 65 units of SaiGon Co-op all over Northern- Central- Southern region.


“You will have things what you expect when you give people what they expect” is the message sent throughout curriculum. Starting from “ Thinking as buyer”, the training course has refined and indicated core issues to overcome of the customer care department, and lead learner from catching the psychology of customer to the expression of smile, appropriate gesture to customer. Then, learners are participated in active games, team work to build tableau, discuss and resolve real situation that some units have encountered. The problem that learners expressed an interest is the slogan “ the customer is king” is 100% correct in all cases or not, especially for unreasonable customers ? 



Although the training course lasted only two days, but the learners have been interested with the enthusiastic guidance of teacher. The training course has drawn up a overview picture of the "customer service", to help learner feel more confident in any situation, creating new standards in customer care services to improve and enhance the reputation of their company.
