Training and raising the competence of leaders and staff is one of the strategies that have been implemented over the years in APAVE Asia - Pacific. The training is implemented by a variety of forms such as direct or online training, meetings, seminars, conferences ...


On October 6th & 7th 2018, the seminar took place solemnly at Dong Xuyen Hotel, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province. Participants included General Director Nguyen Cong Phu, Board of Advisors, Executive Board of company, Branch Directors and Representatives of Board of Directors, selected coachees and potential employees at the South region. Particularly, the seminar welcomed Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nhung - Deputy Head of Natural Resources and Environment Department, Management Board of Economic Zone in An Giang.


Since June 2018, after the General Director Nguyen Cong Phu initiated the "Academic & Life University" Coaching Program for APAVERs, 39 coachees who were potential employees enrolled and submitted the topic of leadership/management, in which, 13 MCs have been selected to give presentation in this seminar.


With articles relating to leadership/management, coachees have invested time and effort to do effective and valuable presentations, demonstrated their knowledge and presentation skill.


After each session including 3/4 presentations, there was a time of discussion with valuable comments from General Director, Executive Board of company or other coachees, so that each coachees had more knowledge about leadership and management, especially understood better the strategies of the company and the way that General Director and Board of Management have been managing the company.


Closing speech at the seminar, Associate General Director Tran Nam Trung affirmed that APAVE will always monitor and create condition for staffs to develop and improve their competence to become managers/directors in the near future. APAVE will hold meaningful and valuable seminars for the inherited generations.



On a mission to Long Xuyen, An Giang in expansion strategy of APAVE Asia – Pacific at the South West region, witnessing the difficult life of people in Binh Duc ward, Long Xuyen, General Director Nguyen Cong Phu initiated the charity program "Schoolbag for children" to share and support the poor students at the elementary schools in Binh Duc ward, Long Xuyen, An Giang province. The program received the supports of APAVE members all over the branches as well as clients and partners.




On October 5th 2018, the charity program took place at Phan Boi Chau Elementary School, Binh Duc ward, Long Xuyen city to give small gifts, but extremely practical and meaningful ones to students having difficult circumstances.


Representatives of the local government were Mr. Pham Thanh Thai - Municipal Party Committee Secretary/ Chairman of Long Xuyen city People's Committee; Mr Nguyen Phu - Member of the Standing Committee / Vice Chairman of Long Xuyen city People's Committee; Mr. Ngo Nhut Thang - Secretary of Party Committee / Chairman of Binh Duc People's Committee in Binh Duc ward; Mr. Doan Thanh Toi - Headmaster of Phan Boi Chau Elementary School with teachers, parents and 400 students of 3 Elementary and Secondary schools: Phan Boi Chau, Luong The Vinh, Vo Truong Toan.


On behalf of APAVE, there are Dr. Nguyen Cong Phu - General Director, Board of Advisors, Executive Board of the Company and leaders and employees representing for 8 branches.


The program was organized with the cooperation and support of the City People's Committee, the Study Encouragement Association, the Culture and Information Department of the city, Phan Boi Chau elementary school and the representative of the media agency as Long Xuyen Radio and Television.

APAVE is proud to offer 80 scholarships to disadvantaged students, 20 school health insurance cards, 40 uniforms and 60 schoolbags; support the school with 9 TV screens, 2 sets of computers, one A4 printer. In addition, the company also supports the local propaganda with a projector, an LED screen. Total value of gifts is up to nearly 300 millions VND.


Mr. Nguyen Phu - Member of the Standing Committee / Vice Chairman of Long Xuyen city People's Committee on behalf of the local authorities and Mr. Doan Thanh Toi – Headmaster of Phan Boi Chau Elementary School sincerely thank the goodwill of APAVE, the devotion and enthusiasm of the delegation, come to Long Xuyen and support the school and pupils although the way is far.


Ms. Dang Thi My Huong - Deputy Manager of Home Affairs Department, on behalf of An Giang People's Committee announced the Decision of Commendation of Chairman of People's Committee of An Giang province for APAVE Asia-Pacific.


The program closed with many emotions, with the games on the school grounds. Goodbye Long Xuyen and wish the pupils well for the wide journey ahead!









The Board of Directors of APAVE Group working with Minister of Transport

In March 22nd 2018, the Board of Directors of APAVE Group included Chairman Mainet, Chairman Le Van Phuc, Co-Director of APAVE International Emmanuel Petit, Deputy General Director of APAVE International/ General Director of APAVE Asia - Pacific Nguyen Cong Phu and Co-CEO of APAVE Asia - Pacific Tran Nam Trung have met, working at the office of the Ministry of Transport. Attending the meeting was Minister Nguyen Van The; Director of International Cooperation Department Le Tuan Anh and other leaders of Ministry of Transport.





At the meeting, on behalf of APAVE Group, Chairman Mainet introduced to the Minister about APAVE Group with more than 150 years of establishment and development.

The Chairman had expressed the sincere thanks to Minister Nguyen Van The and the Ministry of Transport for supporting APAVE Asia - Pacific for many years in various activities such as roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, civil aviation, metro and railways, seaports ... The chairman also expressed that Viet Nam has and will continue to strengthen its North-South infrastructure development program for roads and railways. In addition to the construction of domestic and international airports, large seaports ...

APAVE will actively work with Vietnamese partners to assist the Ministry of Transport in establishing and implementing the project with outstanding PMC/ CM expertise.

The Minister highly appreciated APAVE's contribution to the transport projects, especially the Deo Ca tunnel project. The Minister is very supportive of APAVE's strategies and expects APAVE to be more involved in transport projects such as road, aviation, seaports, especially in PPP projects.


On July 1st 2018, General Director of APAVE Asia – Pacific, Dr. Nguyen Cong Phu launched Charity Program in Northwest of Vietnam to support for 33 households who were damaged from terrible flash floods in the late of June, 2018. After delayed days due to weather condition, on August 22nd 2018, 16 members, on behalf of the APAVE Asia – Pacific and its branches and 2 partners including Deo Ca Investment JSC and Thu Duc House Development JSC, came through 600 km of the jouney from Ha Noi to Nam Cum village, Bum Nua commune, Muong Te, Lai Chau province to give presents to 33 households.

Come and see, we understand more about the poor life in Nam Cum village. Although the authorities and many organizations/individuals supported local people, but the consequence of floods and storms are still quite heavy. So that, we feel clearly the meaning of sharing of APAVE and our partners and clients.

The program was organized with the cooperation and support of the Lai Chau People's Committee, Lai Chau External Relations Department, Red Cross of Muong Te, People's Committee of Bum Nua commune. Muong Te radio station also reported on this event.

On behalf of APAVE, Mr. Le Viet Hai - Director of ODA Division shared his feeling about the journey to Muong Te, a beautiful feature of APAVE culture “for society, for community”.

Mr. Mao Van Phui - Vice Chairman of Bum Nua People's Committee, on behalf of local authorities, expressed his sincere thanks for company's kindness, devotion and enthusiasm in supporting local people without worrying about distant road.

Presents were given to 33 households, including cash and other necessities such as blankets, mats, mosquito nets, rice, noodle, milk ... In addition, APAVE also gave 10 millions VND to Nam Cum school to support books and learning materials for children on new school year and 5 millions VND to Muong Te Red Cross to support health care.

APAVE signs agreement on transport infrastructure development in France under the witness of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong
